We named our restaurant after Bigoli, homemade Italian pasta, kneaded only by men traditionally.
The cornerstone of our cookery is different types of homemade pasta produced from first-grade Italian flour. Over a dozen fresh pasta and ravioli dishes are prepared and served in traditional Italian manner: with duck, seafood, rabbit, wild brown mushrooms, various sauces, and fillings.
We have an exquisite selection of fresh Italian delicacies in our menu. Excellent fresh buffalo, mozzarella-burrata, affumicata, stracciatella, superior prosciutto and antipasti.
There is a deli shop in the restaurant where you can purchase fresh in-house made pasta, sun-dried tomatoes from Italy, olives, cheese and savory sausages. We have just added farm-grown olive oil to our collection that you can taste to be confident in your perfect choice.
During two years Bigoli has got the Award of Excellence from the edition of Wine Spectator. The "sign of superiority" (Award of Excellence) is mark only those restaurants, that present the correctly invented wine list, estimated on next parameters: reputation of producers, paring with cuisine, presented in a restaurant, price descriptions of wines.
