The restaurant has a unique mozzarella bar, where you can always try fresh Italian burrata, di buffalo, stracchatella, fumica or ricotta and many additions to it.

The restaurant also has a large collection of Italian olive oil, which includes more than 30 items from different regions of Italy.

The specialties of Italian cuisine are complemented by the restaurant's wine list, with a wide line of wines that can be tasted by the glass: a game of wine of different styles from fresh Prosecco to complex Franciacorta, Trento DOC and Champagne, as well as white and red wines from different regions of Italy.

Special emphasis is placed on the revolutionary Super Tuscan wines, from the collection of which you can single out such cult positions as Sassicaia, Paleo, Scrio, Galatrona, Petra and many others. Owing to this, for 6 years, the Bigoli wine list was receiving the Award of Excellence by the authoritative American publication Wine Spectator, and in 2023 it received the highest award - 2 glasses of the Best Award of Excellence.
